The Voco Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From check-in, it was clear this hotel prioritises guest satisfaction. The room was well-appointed, offering a perfect blend of style and comfort. Every detail, from the bedding to the modern amenities, made it a relaxing and enjoyable retreat. The customer service was exceptional. The staff were attentive, friendly, and eager to help with any requests or questions. Their dedication to ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay did not go unnoticed. The variety and quality of the breakfast offerings were excellent, with fresh, delicious options that catered to different tastes. It was clear that care and attention were given to every aspect of the dining experience. Overall, the Voco Hotel delivered on all fronts – comfort, service, location, and dining. Very comfortable beds and big rooms. Renovated swimming pool with warm water. Good breakfast. Quiet. Location good, but only if you are by car. Daily refilled drinking water bottles. The room was well prepared, equipped with baby cot which we asked during reservation process.

Staff helped to facilitate an early check in and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. Location was central, hotel was beautifully presented as was our room, immaculately clean throughout. The shower was really luxurious and beds were some of the comfiest I’ve stayed in. Room was a great size and had all amenities you could want. The swimming pool was lovely and leisure area and changing facilities were also cleaned to the highest standard. Breakfast was 10/10 with every option and more. This is not a 4* hotel, I have stayed in 5* hotels that didn’t compare to this.

Parking was free and there were plenty of spots. We were greeted with a big smile and were given complimentary chocolates and colouring pages and crayons for the children. There were lifts and stairs and the rooms were clearly marked. The room decor was appealing and the room itself was very clean, it looked like the pictures. There was complimentary tea, coffee and filtered water. There was a fridge, a kettle, a hair dryer, hangers, glasses, decent lighting and a good set of furniture. The beds, including the sofa bed, were made up for our arrival; they were all comfortable. The TV had the standard channels. There is an air conditioning system that could be set to cool, heat or regulate to a set temperature. The operator, contacted from the room phone, was very polite and efficient when we needed a taxi early on a Saturday morning.
